Description: Volunteer Wellbeing provides participants with information about and insight into mental health, wellbeing and stress. Following the session, participants will have a better understanding of how to identify stress, how to talk with volunteers about stress and strategies to help reduce stress. Participants are also encouraged to practice self-care and to seek help if they have any concerns about their own mental wellbeing.
