Lived Experience Resource Central

We know that sharing the real stories of people who have overcome their own mental health struggles is an effective way to engage with people and reduce the stigma around mental health and suicide.

RAMHP has an extensive suite of resources which have been developed with real people from rural and remote NSW with real stories to tell about their mental health and wellbeing journey and how they have overcome struggles to live a healthy and happy life.

These include our podcast series, videos and articles, which are all accessible online, as follows:
Let’s Talk podcast: Series 1 – 4
Take Time magazine
Lived Experience videos
