Friday Forum: Improving your mental fitness

RAMHP invites you to participate in our next online Friday Forum: Improving your mental fitness

When we think about mental health, we often think of words and images associated with mental 'ill' health. Being mentally healthy means that most of the time you feel good about yourself, good about what you do, and good about others. Mental health and wellbeing is something we should all strive for. As the WHO says, 'there is no health without mental health' and being mentally healthy is as important as being physically healthy.

The forum will focus on how you can improve your mental fitness, build resilience and 'Act-Belong-Commit' to stay mentally healthy.

When: 2:00-3:00pm, Friday 7 February 2014
Where: Online forum hosted at Click on the banner/story at the top of the page on the day to take you to the forum.
