Calls to address lack of localised suicide data, services relying on anecdotal reports in far west NSW

The chief executive of a Lifeline service in far west New South Wales says there is no way to access data on the local suicide rate.In September, the Australian Bureau of Statistics revealed there were more than 3,000 deaths by suicide in Australia last year.
